Submitting a sample is easy! Just print out the Sample Submission Form below and identify the requested information regarding your sample, company, timelines and studies needed in the spaces provided.
There are check boxes to identify which specific efficacy tests you want performed using your sample. The test(s) required is based on the geographical location in which you plan to market the product and claims you are wishing to support. If you have questions about what test you need, please see the “WHAT TEST DO I NEED” page.
Please make sure to identify the target SPF of the product and number of panelists you wish to have your product tested on. Screener studies are performed to get an idea of formulation efficacy and this is typically performed on 3-5 panelists. In-vivo studies require a minimum of 10 valid results to support an efficacy claim.
Once the Submission form is completed, please print it out and place it in the box with your samples and then ship it to the address at the top of the form. It is that easy!
