Getting Started
Submitting your product for testing is quick and easy.
Download and complete the Sample Submission Form below. The form will ask for basic information about your company, product, desired timeline, and the testing services you are requesting.
Select Your Testing
The submission form includes checkboxes for the available efficacy tests. The testing you need depends on:
- Where you plan to market your product
- The claims you want to make

Provide Product Details
Please include:
- Your product’s target SPF
- The number of panelists you would like your product tested on
Study Options
- Screener Studies: Typically performed with 3–5 panelists to provide an initial assessment of formulation performance.
- In Vivo Studies: Require a minimum of 10 valid panelist results to support product efficacy claims.
Ship Your Samples
Once you’ve completed the Sample Submission Form:
- Print the completed form.
- Place it in the shipment with your product samples.
- Ship everything to the address listed at the top of the submission form.
Once we receive your samples, our team will review your submission and contact you if any additional information is needed.
